All our available properties are advertised on specialist websites, such as citylets, zoopla, primelocation and rightmove that cover around 90% of the market.

If you are looking to rent with Simmers Property, the following information will be required;

  • A part-deposit of £200 to secure the property, which will be transferred to Safe Deposit Scotland along with the remaining deposit of one months rent at check-in
  • Proof of earnings (source of income and a guarantor, if under 25 or a student)
  • References from current landlords or letting agents
  • Proof of identity with photographic ID
  •  A credit check may be carried out with written permission

It is also worth noting that during the tenancy you will be responsible for all services such as gas, electricity, water and the council tax.

  • An emergency is something that cannot wait until we open.  If you call a tradesman unnecessarily you may be held liable for the costs involved.
